Well I finally decided that it's a matter of when and not if someone in my family becomes a victim. So I decided to take the entire family to Frontsight in Las Vegas for their 5 day pistol course. I consider myself an excellent rifle shot but even I can use a good pistol course. Bought EVERYONE their own weapon. This is the breakdown, Wife, daughter and one son with Glock 19, other son (USMC) a Beretta M9 USMC editon. and for me I will use my already owned Sig P228. Can't wait to check in with all this.he

eh...who cares? I have heard the stuff about whatshisname and Scientology, and it probably is true. However, I have also taken a FrontSight course and learned a lot from it, and not once was the religion ever mentioned. The instructors were very friendly and patient. I went a few years ago, and was the only girl in my class. While all of them were former military, current military, cops, basically people with skills, I was the only one without any, and they still treated me with respect, and helped me immeasurably. I learned a lot from that course, and would recommend the school to anyone
Rich is a relative term. Anyone who makes more money than you do is "rich". A cruise costs about $1000 per person. Your first course at Frontsight is 50% off so the pistol course is 600. The Glocks were also around the 600 mark with night sights. This will be the family vaction. And how can you you put a price on piece of mind and security. That being said, it's all on a credit card so I have a "payment plan" so to say.
