Two men were out on the course golfing when a funeral procession passed on a nearby road. One of the golfers put his club down, removed his hat and placed it over his heart, bowed his head and gave a silent prayer. After the procession passed, the other golfer remarked to the first, "You are a TRUE gentleman, I've never seen anyone do that before." The first golfer responded "Well, we were married for over 35 years." |
Reminds me of the time I once worked a DOA on a golf course. I arrived and a few golfers were trying there best to perform CPR. He was DRT and cold. I was like  leave him alone already. He was walking up the fairway and his heart gave out. Then his wife rolled up and the drama started. She took it a little worse than the guy in the joke.
