Strangely, the shooter's best defense is probably to assert that he had a crazy-slow reaction time. That is to say, he made the decision to use deadly force while the truck was still moving toward him, but didn't actually manage to get his gun out and fire until after it had stopped.
Hell, for all I know that may be exactly what happened. That didn't look like a speed rig he was pulling out of. |

Does shooter know the persons involved in the fight? Does shooter know driver? And I am very sure the police have thoroughly vetted the story. Hence no charges... |
