I'm looking to get an adjustable-height model that is of good quality and won't break the bank. Any suggestions?

I use my dumbbell bench for sit-ups. It works great and comes with the attachment that locks your legs in place.
The only drawback is my bench is FID and has a split for the back to elevate and decline, which means that I hit the space between the 2 sections just right to rub me so I develop sores over time. Right on the ass, between my cheeks is where the split catches me and rubs just right to make for some painful sores.
I used to jam towels or anything else I could think of to fill that gap and relieve the rubbing. Didn't work well and I finally bought a big piece of dense foam and cut out a section that covered half of the unit, securing it with bungie cords.

If I had to do it again, I'd get a separate bench just for situps.

My dumbbell bench is made by Keys Fitness.
