Shooting
For those of you who don't live in Florida, we have Castle Doctrine and it extends outside of your home. I personally think the guy wouldn't have gotten shot if he had not showed up like the resident told him not to. Besides what were his intentions showing up to someone's home that owed him money and said he wasn't going to pay? |

Quoted:
bad shoot, you can only respond in kind, deadly force with deadly force, not deadly force against deadly farce. WADR, that's not entirely accurate. I agree it was a bad shoot, but under your thought process what would you do if your house was invaded by seven unarmed teens that we're just stealing stuff? If they're not armed, how can they pose a "deadly threat" against you?? It's all out articulation and not being a dumbass. [/rhetorical question] -SleeperShooter |

When deputies interviewed Munson as a suspect, he initially pleaded self-defense. He said Decoteau had come inside his home and was attacking him, the Sheriff's Office reported.
During the investigation, several witnesses and Munson himself gave conflicting accounts of what happened, and investigators eventually determined that Munson shot Decoteau without provocation. Oh good shoot, definitely.

Speculation only, but this sounds like a something drug related. Two shit-birds going at it and one ended up getting shot.
Anyways, I'd be more inclined to call this a good shoot if there weren't conflicting stories from other witnesses. It looks like a bad shoot. |

I don't know Floridas law, and your question is exactly what I was getting at by questioning 3trips thought process. |
