I found this on yahoo. Its about the workout training that the actors from the new movie '300' used to get in shape for the movie....

I really like this style of training. Its very similar to 'crossfit'

Thats some good stuff man, about 5 years ago pro freestyle fighters started doing alot of similar stuff, i started doing some of that about a year ago, its helped everything. doing the strength stuff while your heart rate is up, is much more difficult, & better for you, as you will be strong when your heartrate is up. and its fun too. i liked what that one guys said about being nervous before thier workouts too, i havent felt nervous before a workout since i was a fighter, and before that since the army, so hes right, my workouts arent hard enough anymore, so time to ramp them up i guess.
