Google is about to fire up their fiber network here and I'm considering signing up for it.  Being that I live in a condo complex the HOA will be paying the construction fees;  I will be responsible for the cost of services.  Does anybody use the service in the limited areas they are in now?  Any complaints?

Edit:  I'm mainly interested in experiences with the TV service.  I currently have DirecTV.

The content delivery will be fine.  The only thing to watch out for is programming.  Are there channels that are important to you that DirecTV offers that aren't available through Google?
