Why are people proud of family members in prison? As I was leaving work today, I passed through the breakroom, got a coke for the trip home. A on coming shift employee wascommenting about her daughter, who is in jail. Turns out the daughter cant have visitors due to being cought smoking in her cell. Now the way this lady was going on, she is very proud of a daughter in jail, like it is a badge of honor, me I dont get it. I was tought that jail/prison = BAD places to be. It seems that in todays world of "The Ghetto" lifestyle, jail/prison is something to be liked and a time in your life to aspire to... I just dont get it.... Someone please explain. |
Morons. The ghetto lifestyle and criminals are glorified, especially amongst minorities. It's the same bullshit in my family with the Mafia. I have Italian in my family, with some Mafia members, and some of my family think that's "really cool". Why? The Sopranos I'm guessing, I don't know. It's stupid. |
