The clowns in this area ride those on the sidewalks, no tags, no helmets, probably no license and insuranse either. Police here don't seem to bother with them.

It's probably legally a bicycle where you are. It is in Colorado. 50ccs and under no insurance or license required. Lots of urbanites ride them, and people who got DUI's.

Here's mine. It's a little more powerful. 950ccs over the limit. (It's modified.)
