Quoted: Like a boss. I wish my wife liked meat on the bone. I don't get to partake in exquisite cuisine like this anymore. Boneless, skinless breast and strips grill just as well. Take the strips and marinate them in a mixture of soy sauce/honey/sriracha sauce (to taste) for about 30 minutes then grill or smoke. |
