It's friday......Predictably, my house will become a hangout for the 16-18 video game set.

It's ok.  I don't mind.  At least I know where my boys are.

At home, playing video games, eatin' chicken and maybe a rib or two.

Yessir.

Just threw it on about an hour ago.

I seared the ribs, and they'll be in there cooklin' too.

Slooooow cookin.  I don't expect to serve for about two hours yet.

Like a boss. I wish my wife liked meat on the bone. I don't get to partake in exquisite cuisine like this anymore.

I just toss the meat on the grill.  

I like the taste of it.  I don't think meat needs seasoning.

Boneless, skinless breast and strips grill just as well.



Take the strips and marinate them in a mixture of soy sauce/honey/sriracha sauce (to taste) for about 30 minutes then grill or smoke.
