| Anyone have experience with group legal plans? Specifically Hyatt Legal. I have it through my employer, and just wondering how effective it is to actually use. One of the services they offer is help with home refi. Im in the process of doing the refi now, would a lawyer be that beneficial. Lookin at ~5.65 APR 30 yr fixed. |
| If it's a specific service that's routine and fully covered (like a real estate closing / refi) no problem. However, every lawyer I know who's gotten involved with such a plan has regretted it. That suggests that they feel underpaid. I'd rather have a lawyer who's happy with his fee if something complex or important were at stake. |
