I am looking for designs or where to go to get designs and plans for building a few SOLID benches for benchrest type shooting.  I have been working on this for awhile and finally we have approval to do something.  I spent $4G on building an accurized AR only to find every vibration on the 50 foot bench we have now is felt and stinks unless your the only one using the present bench.  Where do I go guys to find the needed info?  I have email NRA, any other suggestions?

This is the most common design I have seen here.

standard or 6" cinder blocks filled with concrete for the legs
and a 4-5" thick concrete top. Make a form out of wood and
use wire and rebar in the top. Works great!

All that I have seen for seated shooting are some variation of that T design.
