Okay.... the best gun-storage option is obviously a custom-built fireproof vault, followed by a fireproof safe, followed by a safe, followed by a gun cabinet.

What if NONE of those are options?

Has anyone tried to stack TruckVaults or some such thing to keep their weapons secure?

Explain your situation as to why a safe is not an option...

There's no way I can hault it up three flights of stairs, and I doubt the floor could support it anyway. My house is OLD.

I was thinking of using Homak/Stack-On cabinets, but the spousal unit has pretty much forbidden it.

So I'm looking for options, as well as a new Man Card.

Also, explain why you didn't ask this in the Safes & Home Security forum?

Because GD gets maybe 1000x the traffic.

And because I forgot it was there.

Nice.

I've been through that. I'm asking here because ARFCOM is often better than Google, and far lest communistic to boot.

Maybe if people started using the Tech Forums more, then they would get the traffic they need.

What about this AMSEC horizontal vault?
