Started back to the gym this morning.  I think going before work is my best bet.  After work I don't feel like going.  Also there were only 3 other people there when I got there.  No one bullshiting around.  Anyway I was there at 5am and did some chest and tris.  I feel pretty good at work.  More energy.   Any tips from those that go in mornings as opposed to evening.

Gotta get back to college shape.

It just takes some getting used too, but it feels good to go through a big workout before most people even get out of bed.  I typically workout at 5am and will eat a hardboiled egg before leaving the house to get some protein/fat pre workout.

If I can manage it, I will go to the gym before work. I love the morning crowd at my gym, it's 100% serious, everyone is there for one reason, to kick ass before the day begins. Before my workout I like to eat a peanut butter and honey sandwich on whole wheat, gives me my fat, protein, and carbs.

I eat a spoonful of peanut butter before I go. Mostly just to have something in my stomach so I won't get hungry. I also slug water on the way there. Remember, you have been sleeping several hours and not hydrating.

A spoonful of peanut butter is a good idea.  I didn't easy anything before going.  I'm not used to eating at 445am.  I'll try it tomorrow.

I try to do my workout in the morning but I usually just sleep in.  I'm up most of the nights doing homework and have a hard time getting up in the morning.  I'll have to try it after work again.

I eat peanut butter with an apple before my workouts.  Give it a try.

I'm on my feet all day at work, and I have found that leg workouts in the morning really slow me down.  However, if I do anything else I seem to have energy that lasts all day.
