...Is a huge step up from the iphone 4.  I love this device.  If you are looking for a new smart phone, give it a shot.  This thing is pretty sweet.

Been thinking of getting it, but I don't want to have to change my plan

I had a free upgrade, Verizon bought my old iphone 4 and had a decent rebate for the phone itself, I walked out paying well under $100 for the phone with no change to my plan.

The issues are it uses a mini SIM card, has no removable SD card or Battery. I do like mine but I would never have chose it based on those issues. My old lady chose it for me with telling me.

My iphone did not have any of those things either, was not an issue for me.  I needed a phone that was loud (I work in an industrial environment) and fast.

mini SIM doesn't bother me, what is bad about it?

but I do hear you on the removable SD card and battery. Those were tough to give up when I moved from a Galaxy to the One, but to be honest I don't miss them that much.

I got one yesterday. It took a while to get used to the size (I have it in an Otterbox). I love the user interface. Overall I have no complaints on it so far.

2 year upgrade with AT&T....I had to call AT&T to bitch about something and got the activation fee waived too.
