Recently when my furnace fires up it makes a screeching sound. Like bad bearings. Shortly after the main blower kicks on but the sound continues for a while. After a while the sound stops and I just hear the hum of my blower motor. Temp comes up and furnace shuts off. The problem is the smaller fan that clears the gas from the firebox correct? What is the proper name for that smaller blower? |
