Yeah, I'm good with that. |
Check this out, the guy rejected a plea deal which would have only given him a few years in prison. ![]() The 45-year-old would have soon been freed from prison if he had taken an earlier 2-year plea deal. He balked at the deal in June, and the prosecution added more charges, (.pdf) including identity theft and two child-porn accusations. The new counts alleged that, in addition to the Biden threat, Ardolf sent e-mail from his neighbor’s account to that same neighbor’s co-workers. One of the messages contained child pornography, according to the indictment. |

He would have been leaking from places he shouldn't be immediately after kissing my young son in front of me. I dont have kids myself, but I do have a 4 year old nephew that I would kill for in a split second if it came down to it. Seriously who kisses someone elses kids on the mouth in front of them? Thats just a 55 gallon drum full of wtf |
| I don't know why people still use WEP for their wireless routers. I know next to nothing about networking and it took only a web search and few minutes to setup WPA2 for my apartment. It's certainly not hack-proof but it's my understanding that a person using WEP is just asking to be invaded. |

WEP is still available on most routers. 2. Since alphabetically WEP is before WPA, it's selected by default on most of them.

Do you think they should deserve to die? Having some familiarity with CP investigations and what it does to people who are caught, I view the attempt to manufacture a CP conviction on an innocent person as one of the most heinous acts imaginable. Speaking personally, I would rather face someone who tries to kill me with a firearm than someone who tries that sort of smear. This individual was lucky. He had intelligent people around him that trusted him and he had enough resources to figure out what really happened. Had the dickface perp tried this with another target the individual could have ended up losing everything including his family. That's a fate worse than death. Attempting to use the criminal justice system to crush an innocent person...especially with allegations involving the abuse of children...is the most morally repugnant act I can think of short of actually raping a child. My tank of compassion is bone dry for anyone who attempts to do so...be they some assclown hacker next door or a glory-hounding DA looking to make his bones on some innocent LaCrosse players. We should make a very nasty example of people who attempt it. |

18 years for a non-violent crime, pfffffffft Trying to get someone a CP conviction and getting them investigated by the USSS is "non-violent" in your view? I think anyone who tries to frame someone for a crime should be punished AT LEAST with the minimum punishment for that crime. That goes especially for false rape allegations. |

despicable, but not violent, no physical contact even occurred Trying to take someone's livelihood and family from them isn't on my definition of "non-violent". Quoted: I've got no problem with the sentence. I do think it's funny that he probably would have got less if he attempted to murder the guy instead of just harassing him. Good point, if he'd just whacked the guy on the noggin with a bat he'd be out in a few years and not be a registered sex offender. What despicable creep. |

I'm very much in agreement... but I'm wondering why you included private citizens and corrupt prosecutors, but then stopped short of including corrupt law enforcement officers. |
