I happened to Google search my e-mail address. I came up with this website. http://hhfun.com/ In it, it has my e-mail is listed along with a correct password, but not for my e-mail account. The password is for something else, you know, like a CC. In it it says "Hey All Members This IS The List OF Emails Un-Checked". Further down it says "Note: You Can Check Those Emails With... Paypal,Ebay,AlertPay,BustBuy,Amazon,GoogleCheckOut .......ETC SO Have Fun.....  "Below that, it also says "Another Hacked Soon.... "So. I contacted the administrator of the site. How best to proceed if any of my accounts get hacked? Opinions? |

I would check your computer. Maybe wipe it and start anew. Change your password soon after on that account. Its hard to say whether it was keylogged from your computer or a computer you used or hijacked from a site you used it on. Its easy to put up an authentic looking paypal/etc login. You could have typed it in while making a legit purchase and it was stolen during that. Probably should not have contacted the site administration. They are probably aware and permitting that activity. All you may have done is to verify that the information is correct. -Foxxz |
