I just happened to catch this hand last night on Youtube.
Big time cooler ....... nothing you can do, but this had to sting. ![]() Failed To Load Title |

Selbst is an idiot. When you have two aces showing, and somebody is raising you, you ought to know you're beat, especially when there are three suited cards and a pair on the table. |

LOL. You're going to fold Aces full with a flush draw on the board at the WSOP because you know she has quads? Sure. |

Quoted:
Bauman could have also had a flush or straight. Very few people will bluff two aces showing. Put that together with the cards on the board, and Selbst should have seen something coming that beats three of a kind. |

Selbst put her on A7 and called. Oh well shit happens. Especially in poker. |

I thought that was a dude until it spoke. She's also 1 of the most despised players. She's very rude at the table. I was surprised she was cordial. Must have been because she was playing at the TV table. Actually couldn't have happened to a better person. |

I think she's like alot of celebrity poker players. If you haven't been on "Poker Night in America" you're a donkey to be ridiculed. |

Yeah that would be a tough fold. Reminds me of the hand a few years ago with the AAAA vs the Royal Flush. |
| Aces full, I would be all-in every time. There is just not a statistically probable beat. Obviously a blind pig finds an acorn every now and then, but poker is a game of odds, and making it far in the WSOP means winning all of the gimmes, most all of the toss ups, and (this is hard one) a majority of the long shots. |
| I won right at $5K in Biloxi on a very similar hand. I ended up with aces full of tens and the other guy had quad tens. we keep raising each other back. it qualified for a mini bad beat so we split almost $10K. i got the bulk as the one that got bad beat. he got a couple thousand and the rest of the table got the rest chopped up. |
