At least this guy didn't know he was being recorded. It's the cops that do silly shit like this knowing that they are on the dash-cam that really scare me.
The cop should be punished, probably not fired because nobody got hurt, but definitely punished for using piss-poor judgement. Two female cops took the guy into custody without incident, but Mr. Macho shows up and gets his feelings hurt? |

Yes true they took him into custody, but what lead up to him being arrested and what did they have to go through to get him into custody. we don't know. Bad judgment on the cops part yes, however he could have just started beating him with a baton  but sadly he did not.

You "control that situation" by being a fucking adult and not getting sand in your clitoris, not by committing a felony. By your line of reasoning, if the suspect kept talking shit no matter how hard the cop beat him, I suppose deadly force would have been authorized?

I don't know what to say to that one... I hope you're joking.... tiz a joke. I'm not even going to go into what I've had done to me by Leo's over the years however in some cases I did deserve what happened and in others they were over the line. That's when I ask for the SOD.

You can't let a guy shit talking you control your actions. His shit talking should be nothing more to you than a guy shit talking. You can't let a guy goad you into hitting him, because that's what he's going for. If you let a guy goad you into hitting him, you are allowing him to control the situation. The guy is cuffed behind the back, looks relaxed and non-aggressive get struck in the face. I can't imagine any kind of justification for that. The officer needs a little disciplinary action himself. Suspended for a week or two without pay. That was a crime and should result in a firing and a trial. |
