Happy Birthday Ed!!! Now I know why you and Don are such good friends.......you are on the same age bracket!!! [;)][:D] A very old lady friend of mine once made a comment that made Dr Pepper came out my nose.....she said that it does not matter how old a guy is, "that" thing never dies!!! |

Happy belated birthdays to both Ed and rainman! [bday] [bday] Ed and family, you run a stupendous gun-related board that beats all competitors. In fact, I can even go as far as saying that this is the best darn board on the entire Internet, gun-related or not! Now that I had brown nosed enough, could I post vulgar, harassing, threatening, invasion of other's privacy, sexually oriented, or violate any laws without fear of being booted off? [:D] Thought I could at least try. [;)] -RoadDog |

Happy birthday to you too, rainman! Thanks to all of you who took time to wish me a happy birthday, which I indeed had yesterday. I spent the afternoon(beautiful day here in western NY) clearing some thorny bushes with Edward,GoatBoy,my youngest son, wife, daughter in law and my grandson so we could soon start playing splatball. We "macheted" the prickly things down and they bit back with thorns that stuck deep into our bodies. Later in the afternoon Edward and I shot my 10/22 while the other two "boys" threw the football. We teased Edward for going woodchuck hunting calling him "the great white hunter".He claims to have shot a woodchuck, but no body to show;reminded me of the VN enemy dead counts.I think he might have dreamt it [;)] We retreated to my house and fired up the BBQ for some nice steaks and hamburgers. I would say it was one of my most enjoyable birthdays. This was my 53rd Striker, so this bull is getting old! |

I was going to allow the birthday boys and the brownoser [=)] one reply which could include ANYTHING and would not be moderated in the least!!! But since the day has passed, I guess the opportunity is now gone... I'd like to add two things to the birthday boy's little gathering. 1) He did not inform Ed or I that he was planning on shooting, so of course he had some toys out, but nobody else did. 2) For an old guy he smiled a lot and seemed to be light on his feet. Now if we could only get him to type with more than two fingers... [=)][=)][=)][=)][=)][=)][=)][=)] -- GB Happy late B-Day to RainMan and all the April Fools!!! |
