When we have a pro-gun or gun neutral administration, there are relatively few nut jobs shooting shit up. As soon as grabbers get in power, the deuchefaggs come out and start shooting the shit out of their neighbors and co-workers.  Why is that?

In order to ban guns, guns must be seen as a problem.

I've considered that. Would they actually control and plan the crimes like the Taliban and AQI do?

I think the number of crimes hasn't changed but the media coverage has.

winner, listen for phrases like " Even in light of recent shootings, there is no gun-control legislation
currently before congress". and "Unfortunately there are still so many guns out there". Heard
both of those this weekend on tv from news anchors.

The best one I've heard lately is, "once one of these guys starts shooting, there's not much anyone can do". Heard that little gem on CNN, I think.

I don't know. That was one of my thoughts but I can never recall a rash of mass shootings in such a short time, media (over) coverage or not.

I believe this very strongly.
If I were conspiracy theorist, I might think...  (insert tin foil hat here)

Several major events in a very short period of time?
At least 2 involving body armor?

Maybe we the people are really just that frustrated in general. However, it does strike me as a real coincidence.
Add to that the public backtracking that Pelosi and other elected and appointed officials did a short while ago regarding any sort of weapons ban.
I have been thinking about this for the past couple of days.

It's just the media coverage. I don't know if they are actually getting paid off or not. I'm guessing not. I think that since the media has a very pro liberal agenda they realize that if they continue to promote the idea that guns are killing people left and right that eventually our Democratically controlled government will respond by sponsoring more gun control legislation. They know that during a conservative administration all of their efforts would go to waste because any legislation that managed to get off the ground simply would not pass.

I doubt if the vast majority of liberals have anything to do with it besides using each shooting as a excuse to cause trouble. Still liberals do have problems with violent leftist revolutionary types being just plain welcome to them.  If these incident were not accidents I would suspect the problem would be some goverment program helping the mentally ill has been infiltrated. They wouldn't need to take over a whole agency or even take over a small peice of it, just get a job there. Then when some mentally ill person ask for help instead of getting treatment they get told their delusions are a good idea. Thats all it would take.

Have you noticed downturns in the economy and Democrats taking the reigns at about the same time?  The media always sensationalizes these things.

I have noticed the current administrations talent of creating and capitalizing on desperation.

Never let a crisis go to waste.

Combine that with "if it bleeds it leads"

What a synergy they have going.

The shootings often happen in spates, remember all the school shootings in the late 90's? Now it rarely happens, or is covered.
