Having trouble checking out. Added a membership to my shopping cart and when I select the checkout button I get nothing to allow me to pay for it? Am I missing something?

I had the same problem trying to renew my membership.  What I did was deleted my "ship to" information and retyped it all and then clicked "use this address" and suddenly the credit card screen came up after that.
