My AR is ungodly loud, at least IMO, I am using just basic ear plugs but definately need something better. What can you guys recommend? Link, pics, etc are appreciated.

tag.  i'm also looking for an upgrade...  preferable muffs that won't have their seal broken by shooting glasses(assuming such a beast exists).

I've been using a brand of ear plugs called "Hearos" which I find at Walgreens. They do the job.

I use Surefire EP3s.  They work a lot better than I thought they would, they're only $10 a set, and if need be I also double up with muffs (Peltor Shotgunners).

Um, I dunno.  My local dealer has a whole box of them on the counter.

Don't forget to get good eye protection.

I learned that the hard way when a bit of lead hit me in the eye.

I have used both Peltor ComTacs and Sordin (now MSA) Supremes, and both are highly recommended.

www.tacticalcommand.com took very good care of me and had great prices on them.
