Hey all,

Ive recently taken to wailing on the heavy bag as part of my routine

However, wailing is where it has remained. No rhyme or routine.

Anyone have any guidance as to a workout centering around it that would

incorporate some DT as well as conditioning?

Bas Rutten cd's.  Buy em and put them on an iPod.

Proceed to drip buckets and want to die.

1 is a jab

2 is a cross

3 is a hook

4 is an uppercut

I think everything else is mentioned on the tapes.  We used to use them in classes.

You need to learn basic boxing combos. Then work series of those combos. This will get you started.

At FLETC we used the Bas cd's every now and then. I enjoyed the workout in the mat rooms. When "Defense" was said by Bas, we did push ups, squats with out hands on our heads while looking up or we got on our knee's and beat the snot out of the bags. Between the rounds we ran 1/4 mile on the track.

We did 6 rounds.....it was brutal, but one of the best workouts we had there.
