When the time comes for that reactive armor to react I think he'll have other things to worry about. (like the incoming RPG, TOW, Javelin, etc. and the hostile guys firing it)

I'm willing to bet that at half of the russian conscripts are intoxicated at any given
time. Aside from hazing and desertion excessive alcohol consumption is probably the third biggest issue with the Russian armed forces.
