Just got notification that my 5 cans of .30-6 M2 Ball Greek HXP shipped from CMP! I received my SA service grade Garand last week and am in the process of removing all the built up cosmoline.  I feel like a kid again at Christmas!  Handling that old piece again, and the smell, sends me back to when I had to lug one everywhere I went in training. I did not appreciate them then. Can't wait to take it to the range!!  Just had to share. |

Hey man, when did you retire, what rate, and how long were you in?
Just wondering from one Coastie to another. I am currently AD, GM3, w/ 6 years in and hopefully going to do well on the service wide in NOV. ETA: by the way, nice piece, I hauled one around to in B-training... |
