I've been looking around here, occassionally posting here, for a month or so. I came here at first for AR info, have found the general discussion to be quite interesting. The discussions on this site have provoked thought for me, and luckily, it's not too hard to figure out who's who here( i.e. the 15 year old experts). I figure if I'm gonna stick around, might as well introduce myself. I'm 28, much more of a hunter/plinker/benchrest shooter (in that order) than a TEOTWAWKI survivalist type, but I DO recognize the possibility of SHTF. No military experience here, just a certain detached curiousity about the military's perspective on firearms (AR's rock, but the thought behind their care, feeding, and application is very weird from a non-military hunter/shooter's POV). Ok, a couple of questions to start the dialogue: 1) Should I even bother reading drudge report anymore? It seems everything worth reading from Drudge gets linked here. 2) Does this site cause divorce? 3) Just what exactly did this Arock guy do? |

OK, I have well over 1000 posts, so I don't think I can be accused of being a troll. What did Arock do? Please please! I've been wondering for a long time. Did he have something to do with shady prize giving that happened at some shoot a year ago? I remember hearing something about that a while ago, but the only details I know are the ones I just gave. |
