I have a Bowflex with the leg extension and lat pull down attachments. I am trying to establish a good workout routine that will help me build up and tone my muscles. I don’t want to get really big, but rather bulk up a little then define what I have. I am a 26 YOA male 5’11 and 175 lbs. If someone can help me plan out a fitness routine or point me to a website that can help w/ this I would be much appreciative. Thanks in advance. Nick |
