I have a Bowflex with the leg extension and lat pull down attachments.  I am trying to establish a good workout routine that will help me build up and tone my muscles.  I don’t want to get really big, but rather bulk up a little then define what I have.  I am a 26 YOA male 5’11 and 175 lbs.  If someone can help me plan out a fitness routine or point me to a website that can help w/ this I would be much appreciative.  Thanks in advance.

I dont believe that bowflex workouts are any different then ones you use on a free weight bench.

Just look up workouts in general and find one that does what you want to accomplish.

I downloaded a Bowflex manual with several workout programs.   If you don't have this or can't find it I'd be happy to e-mail it to you.  It's 2.2 megs in Adobe Acrobat format.   Just IM me with e-mail address if you want it.
