I know there are a lot of fitness experts here and I'm hoping someone will be willing to help me set up a plan to get in better shape.

I'm 28 years old and weigh 182 lbs, but I would like to get down to 155-160. I can handle the better diet part needed to help lose weight, but I need some help in the excercise department.

I want to lose fat in by stomach, sides, and chest. I want to add muscle mass and strength in my arms, chest, and shoulder area. I don't have the genetics to get really toned and I've long since accepted the fact that I'm never gonna have sqaure pecs and a six pack.

Unfortunately, a gym membership or expensive equipment aren't an option right now.

Here's what I have to work with:

Dumbbells
Multi-postion bench (90, incline, flat, decline)
Stationary bike
Walking shoes
Willpower

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's plenty you can do with just some dumbbells, and expensive gym memberships are overrated anyway. I would add an olympic barbell and plates to your equipment, and find a place you can do pull ups/chin ups.

The crossfit program is good for general, all-round conditioning. If you want to focus on strength I would recommend the Mark Rippetoe starting strength program.
