the tools will save you their cost. vice block, barrel wrench, headspace guages.
Just tighten the barrel nut down between 30-80 ftlbs and get the next notch to line up with the gas tube hole. I dont even use a torque wrench. as long as the part is milspec, dont worry about quality its the same. Look at cost difference most of the time your paying for a name. (IE colt vs RRA) The only parts I'd spend the extra money on are the bolt and barrel because they effect accuracy and contain the 60,000PSI |
