i have a 1993 county range rover and i went to pop the hood and the handle along with about an inch of the rod broke smooth off. now my question is how can i open the hood? i can disengage the second release that you use your hand for with a screwdriver. but i can not figure out how to get that initial pop. any help would be great considering that the battery died and the vehicle is now stranded.
