First, as always, thanks for taking the time to look.

I am currently looking at getting a new phone.  I am trying to decipher all the crap on the various wireless providers websites and I have come to the determination that they really don't want you to figure out just how much you are going to have to pay for all those wiz-bang features.

I really liked the looks of the Blackberry Curve or possibly AT&T's 8525.

My question is which plans do you need to take advantage of all the associated goodies with these devices.  A voice plan and data plan?  Or do they have combined plans?  What would someone expect to pay for minimal voice plan and unlimited data?  Who in your opinions offers the best data service?

I know that is a laundry list of questions but I sure would appreciate all information that y'all are able to share!!

Thanks again,

Cavu

AT&T has a PDA/Smartphone data plan; you need at least that if you wantto use all the features of the phone (I have a Blackjack). You need to go for the full data plan if you want to use the phone as an access device to AT&T's HSDPA or Edge networks for your computer.
