This girl I know signs and she did this: She pointed at herself, then curled all her fingers (kinda like if you were making the bear claw at someone...grr) and pointed her palm in the direction of her face, then pointed at me. WTF does that mean? She wouldn't tell me. |

Might not be angry. Where did the sign start and what was the direction? Angry is claws toward self, starting at chest level moving up. The motion is just as important as the hand shape and the orrientation. Also one hand or two hands? If it was one hand moving toward the mouth I might be inclined to say that she wants to eat you. So then we are back to sex. |
It was more like starting away from her face and moving to within a few inches of it. |

My SO is a sign language interpreter. I read your description to her and the best she can come up with is this... She points to herself..........means "Me, I'm curled fingers, pointed palm at herself.......means "hot" Points to you......means just that "you" So, this chick is hot for you. I bet she's a moaner and not a screamer.

My recollection is that the angry movement, even when done with only one hand still starts below the face and pulls up. Again it has been too long. We need to consider the possibility that she told him that he was pretty.  Just goes to show that no matter what language women communicate in they still send mixed messages. SBG |
