What's a pretty highly recommended (and tastes good) shake with tons of calories and protein?

Do you want something ready to drink, a powder, or a shake you can make at home?

Make a whey protein shake with milk. The chocolate ones are good with milk

So this, with 12 ounces of whole milk would be 505 calories and 72 grams of protein.

ON Serious Mass is good, but it is packed with carbs.   Most of those types of shakes are.

You can make your own with milk, whey, peanut butter, banana, oats, and olive oil if needed.

16 oz whole milk, two scoops of whey, a banana, 2 table spoons of peanut butter.

Fuck I want one now....

In a blender? I can just see that PB sticking to my fucking blades and never, ever coming off. It's a bitch to clean.

Powder I am thinking.

The ready to drink stuff is easily available at the store. And expensive to ship.

Whey Isolate is what most agree is the stuff the actually works right?

What's your goal? Why do you want a high calorie protein drink?

Whey is great but there are others including beef protein...

Throw a few cups of Moose-tracks or reeses PB cup icecream into a protein shake.
You're welcome.

I'm 165 right now, my goal is 210-220 of a muscular defined build.

I understand that protein right now where I am not, isn't going to massively help me as drinking a ton of milk and eating alot of calories will.

Assuming you are lifting in a conducive manner then what I would do (and actually do) is to not worry so much about total calories and simply try and get enough protein. I personally aim for around 1.5g per pound of body weight (but I don't think I actually get there all the time, oh well) and try to get most of that from food. I drink 3 shakes all mixed with whole milk on lifting days and 2 on recovery days. I also eat 3 meals a day with 2 snacks worked in between meals.

Eat eggs everyday and learn to love olive oil

Don't waste your money on "Mass Gainer" shakes as they typically require multiple scoops to equal a single serving... Just eat more food if possible, like hard boiled eggs

You got a lot of weight to gain. Good luck

I wouldnt worry about getting that high, from what I understand its 1.5g protein per pound of lbm, not total body mass.

Try the products by Body Fortress. I have added about 15 pounds of muscle over the last year or so using their creatine and protien shakes.

International Delight Iced coffee, chocolate protein, milk, and heavy whipping cream...maybe some olive oil or raw eggs.  If I need a "meal" on the go, I just kinda sling all those ingredients in together and it comes out amazing
