| Why are there car shows on the History Channel? I am not sure whether the twins' auto rebuilds are more annoying that "In Search Of," but they're equally inapproprioate. I just don't see the history nexus. |

Programming was too intelligent so they had to jazz it up so retards could have fun too. Kinda like what they did with TLC a few years back with the home improvement / swapping homes crap. I hear the Military Channel is next and Vanilla Ice is gonna have a reality show called "Who Wants To Be A Navy SEAL?" |

+1 h/w, i did see him talking about armored ganster cars and as he was holding a tompson, his finger was off the trigger--till he shot at least he seems to have a little gun safety but the cars he mentioned sucked |

Why are there car shows on the History Channel? I would guess because much of the 20th century ties into the development of the automobile. Just a quick list: Manufacturing: assembly lines, factories, sourcing of parts Commerce: equipment used to haul goods everywhere, costs related to transportation Technology: Electronics, internal combustion, Radios/CD Players/DVD, crash test dummies War/Military: Jeep, Humvee, Redball Express, Tanks, APC, Airplanes to an extent Safety: Air Bags, seatbelts Travel: across country, day trips Employment: commute to work, truck drivers Leisure: NASCAR, Racing, etc |
