In addition to the mail calls and modern marvels etc etc, these shows are on my list for this week.... (In order of "I can't wait-ness") Tech Effect: Hollywood Bank Shootout Tuesday at 9pm On February 28, 1997, two heavily armed men attempted to rob a Bank of America branch in North Hollywood, California. Police officers on routine patrol disrupted the carefully plotted plan when they spotted the suspicious men entering the bank and heard gunshots. Reinforcements were called in and for 45 minutes, the streets were a vicious battleground. The suspects had police outgunned--three AK-47s, an M16, an HK 91 sniper rifle, two handguns, and 3,000 rounds of ammo--until the SWAT team arrived.
