Problem is, most here have no problem with business doing anything they want.

(I voted no)

Free businesses should be allowed to ban anyone they wish, at their own financial peril.

They can in WI, but they lose all immunity if something goes bad.  If I can't carry, and the store gets robbed and I get injured, I can sue the hell out of the business.  So why they would do it I don't know, but lots of them do.

This...

A business in a "free society" can decide if they do or don't want people with guns, a different race, religion, creed ... they could refuse to allow people under/over a certain height... BUT! they will also suffer the consequences of their decision when they fail as a business because nobody wants to bring their hard earned money to a "bigot", "idiot", "unpatriotic, 2A hater" etc etc etc ...

If WE want freedom, they too must have the freedom to choose their own course... and lose money because of it. IMHO.

Yes, they should be able to ban whomever they want. Its my choice to frequent them or not.
