| Was the war in Iraq realy a war or a police action? Reason I ask is beacuse they might have but I never heard anything about it but did congress officialy declare war? And if they did'nt would'nt that mean that the war was never realy a war? I don't mean to make anyone mad its just something that got me thinking |
