What other hobbies do you have or enjoy? Mona |
|
i love tv and movies if i have time, which seems to be never, i read--love stephen king and historical fiction--had a fantasy fiction phase--have read more non-fiction as ive gotten older and want to learn about things i also crosstitch on occasion--usually to make something specific for some person |

Hobbies, I have too many. I crochet, tat, quilt, embroider, sew, shoot, garden, cook, and the list goes on. Someone gave me a bobbin lace kit, and now I have something else to add to the list. My biggest hobby is taking care of Gunslinger808. diabolical_chicken, Gunslinger808 does alot of reading and TV/movies too. I tried cross stitch once, but it didn't come out right for me. |

Hmmm I have a lot of hobbies too, I'll probably forget to mention some of them. I am into Civil War history, I like reading about that- fiction and non fiction. I have 2 horses so I like riding and training them. I like to go hiking through the woods. I do art work, mostly pen and ink, pencil, or pastels. Usually it is of a horse. Obviously, AR's and other firearms. Oh yeah, my hair is my only "girlie" hobby. LOL. I am kinda obsessed. |
|
I have a lot of different Hobbies besides shooting my AR. I am working on making Envelopes from Wallpaper Sample Books. It's a lot of fun. and I get to send really pretty envelopes when I send stuff out to people that I have made. My next venture will be making more cards. I haven't bought a card in the last 3 years. Due to,I've been making handmade cards with various things. Then,I make candles when I'm in the mood and have many many other hobbies. Oh,and sitting on the computer on the internet for about 5 hours a day could be considered a hobby too,I guess! I also like to make Cookies using my AR15 Cookie Cutters. Those are so cool! Mona |

Mona Computer=hobby, that's great! You will have to show off those cookies, (I wanna see) I never thought of shaping them like an AR. |

Hmm...Hobbies.... Let's see here. Along with shooting, of course,I love s.c.u.b.a. diving, and try to do it as much as possible. As I live in San Diego, it's pretty easy to do here. I also read as much as I can, whatever I can get my hands on. I love shooting pool and dancing, hanging out with my friends. I also love pulling pranks on my boyfriend. Life is pretty good, I must say! |

Quoted: Far too may hobbies and not enough time. Sewing, crochet, cross stitch, embroidery, have made soap, shooting, all of my critters and spending time with my family, when I am not working. Also 4-wheeling. Quite a list MrsWildweasel, what type of critters do you have? |
|
My critters are 4 dogs 3 of which are cocker spaniels, and 1 springer spaniel. 4 ferrets and 1 stray cat we took in who has taken over the house and us. 1 of my cockers is a rescue who has come a long way. I did cocker rescue. She is a sweet heart and has overcome a lot. I also want to work with my cocker puppy( well she'll be 2) on agility, if and when the snow goes and we get warmer weather. |
| It is not courage, I just have always been an animal lover. I would have more, but hubby reigns me in. Spaniels are my weakness, and I can not stand an animal being abused,or other circumstances that lead them too me. When we took the stray cat in she was skin and bone that someone dumped off. She is a purebred Burmese. She is very sweet, but definately since we have had her she is like super glue to me. The first trip inthe car to the vet,she about broke my heart, because I think she thought she was going to be dumped off again. The second trip was better and she realised she was coming home again. She finally has more meat on her bones so you don't feel every bone in her body. I have always like a challenge. This keeps me going. |
