Well, after 630+ days in jail, the State's attempt to prosecute my brother for lawful self-defense was dismissed this morning.
Fucking finally.  (granted there are some more details and ~200 days of that time was due to him being a shitbird, but still.) |

For some completely positive news. I am not quite so much of a fatass as I was at the start of the year.
Down 17.5lbs so far, 200 -> 182.5 w/shoes on. Another 17.5lbs to go, I'd like to be at 165 by the end of the year. Now I'm off to go stuff my face with a burger, some cornbread and a slice of key lime pie.

My partner closed on her condo sale this week.
