Homemade B-29 bomber.........Wow! This is cool.
This aircraft runs on four Chainsaw motors.
You can just imagine how much time,effort, skill and money
these guys have put into this thing.

depending on emotional damage - that could still buff out. We rebuilt from worse crashes.

Bamboo skewers, packing tape, foam safe CA glue. Refuel, verify servo throws, wheels up in 30 minutes.

I also liked the B-52 with 8 turbine engines that fireballed on its first flight.

Don't know planes well enough to judge but it looked pretty good to me.

It occurs to me that some of the govt terrorism types might get a mite nervous with the scale of that thing

That's Mac Hodges, a friend of mine. He has an RC shop and field in Andersonville, GA. Another friend of mine, Dan Stevens (now deceased) flew the Bell X-1. Mac is one hell of a nice guy. He campaigns his current B-29 pretty extensively all over the country.
