Police: Man Didn't Move From Chair For 2 Years; Found In Deplorable Home BELLAIRE, Ohio –– Officials with the Bellaire Police Department said crews had to cut through a wall to free a man from his own home on Sunday. Reports said the man had not moved from a chair in his home for two years and was living in deplorable conditions, including sitting in his own feces and urine. Police said the Neffs Fire Department removed the man by cutting out the side of his Bellaire house. The man was transported to Wheeling Hospital. |
