A little expensive, but given how the market is for revolvers these days... it depends if you really wanted it.

For e.g, I will pay a premium if I will come across a clean Colt Detective.

Seems a bit high for a service six more along the price of a security six but that said Id trade my security for a service just because I like the fixed sight no snag myself

awesome gun!! I have a security 6 .357 Magnum that was my uncles gun (he died in 1984 or 85).  I have had it for about a year now, and its been a great shooter.  It is also in really nice shape, especially considering the age and the amount of lead that's been through the pipe.  Will never sell this gun. Enjoy yours!
