[ARCHIVED THREAD] - How difficult to fix this XBox?

It's the older white model with 20 gig hard drive. The xbox works but the CD drive doesn't and the power button has to be pushed in with a pencil (with the front panel off). Comes with power cord. How difficult to fix this?

tag as my 360's drive doesn't work very well. I have to open and close it numerous times to get it to start up.

my buddy had that problem also, he bought a Xbox 360 DVD-ROM Drive and replaced it

I had a older one, just changed it out.. Just buy a used one and keep it for parts.
