Fries, I never could stand baked potatoes. The only way they are marginally good is when they are loaded with shit that isn't potato and they can't actually taste the potato and any texture is created by the crap they have topped it with.

My mom used to do this Japanese thing (I think it was Japanese) where you slice the potato kinda thick then panko fry them up then salt them up.  They're lightly crunchy on the outside but fluffy soft on the inside...deee-licious!

But I like them every other way as well, especially Ore-Ida Tater Tots!
