I watched a clip on Yahoo today where Cramer was calling them "Zombie" stocks. Now I don't put much faith into what any of these talking heads say, but I kind of thought it was funny. He got it from the Japanese recession in the 90's. Their interest rates were at 0, and so their banks were like zombies. No one gave them money to save because they paid no interest, and they didn't loan money because the risk/return wasn't there. Zombie Banks. There, but not living and vital. |
