How many "second chances" do you give a girlfriend? Never cheated, just stupid arguments. Frequently asks if I think we will work out. Almost every little argument ends with "do you think we should just break up?" Then the next day acts like its no big deal. We will be fine for a day, then have a dumb argument about why I didn't call when I was out with my friends, then tells me to just forget about her and enjoy my life. Then the next day asks if I'm coming over or not... I really like her, but I just don't know if I should keep trying to work through it.
What say you arfcom? |

It sounds to me like she is trying to create drama where none need be created. Do you see this relationship as a long term –– might lead to marriage? |

If you are interested in a long-term relationship, it sounds like there are a lot of underlying issues that need to be brought out: control, feelings of self-worth, and knowing how to disagree without being disagreeable. Perhaps couples' counseling is in order there. YMMV. |
