| I picked up a gp100 and plan on turning it into a carry gun, i was considering once i cut the barrel down to about 3" installing a screw in shotgun bead of a diameter close to the original front sight, should allow it to work well with the fixed rear sight, but be slightly faster for "point" shooting. I had seen this done to a 1911 that was customized in the old days for instinctive point shooting, i dont believe it had a rear sight either. |
