I mean really, how will this guy handle being President.  President Clinton endured 8 years of Republican attack, his sexual life was put on display in front of the world.

President bush has been called everything under the sun, his policy and manhood questioned, his intelligence insulted and he is continuously blamed for every evil in the world.

Today, the President gives a speach that is critical of appeasement, not even mentioning anyone by name, and Obama starts crying like a spoiled child.

How is this guy going to handle it when people really are voicing insults and dissent about his actual policies?  Is he going to call everyone bad names?  Is he going to sulk about it?

This guy has no chops for the job.  The Dems should be less worried about the color of his skin and more worried about it's thickness.

Given that he and his supporters squeeled like stuck pigs when reporters fired a few tough questions at him on character issues, I can see him not reacting appropriately.

Obama is not familiar with criticism.

Because he is a black democrat in a county run by the epitomy of the democratic machine, he has been kept safe. This is a place where gay marriage, banning all semi-auto's, high txes, being friends with terrorists, having a spiritual mentor of 20 years who hates white people and jews, giving sanctuary to illegals and being linked to criminals means nothing. It does mean something in America, though. I hope they catch on.

As a side note, most prominent black democrats in Cook county are less than stellar human beings and, while they bring home the bacon for dems, they are not what you want to have as your frontman. Obama has been spoon fed because he is well spoken and because he is educated. He has been help up on a pedestal. I believe that he believes his own hype.

I can only hope that the GOP is not stupid enough to hold back on this guy like McCain states they should. Obama can't handle it in my opinion.

I don't know, but I can't wait to watch him self destruct if he gets elected, that would be better than him not getting elected in the first place. IMHO.

Critics shit all over Kerry for not counter-attacking the Swift Boat people as soon as they surfaced.  The new strategy is to counter-attack against anything and everything negative whether real or perceived.

I think they are starting to.  The more the man speaks the less people like what they are hearing.

Perhaps, but Kerry was a different person and different circumstance.  They really were attacking him.  Obama was not attacked nor mentioned by name.  He acted like a cute baby who was not getting enough attention then his aunts and uncles chimed in to beat down the big bad meanie.

That dang first amendment.

There is no question that there'll be a lot of whining if he becomes president.  I guess It would give Rush a couple years worth of really great material, if he's not taken off the air.

I posted a thread about this a few months ago when all those nooses were supposedly being found everywhere:

When Obama becomes President - would it be a hate-crime to put a noose around his neck and burn him in effigy like the radicals and the Left have done to George Bush for the last 8 years?

Will putting a "President Obama" in effigy with a noose around his neck and hanging him from a tree or setting him on fire be "FREE SPEECH" or will it be "RACIST HATE-SPEECH"?

You might be able to get away with it but only in a "Free Speech Zone".  I think there's historical precedent set for such things now.

Its amazing the amount of emotion that spews out of Obama and his supporter's pie holes.

McCain should bring a box of tampex to the first debate.

So taking a dummy with Obama's face glued on it and hanging it from your tree with a noose as a political statement would be a felony then?

Just a side note.  I've noticed that Democrats don't really differentiate between discussion of a political position, and a personal attack.  They see it as one and the same.

McCain will probaly bring the lube as I imagine he will unfortunately get a good ass fucking and look like one of the grumpy old men. Or he will fellate him after agreeing on Global warming.

The difference is that McCain will be talking about policy and Obama will be talking about McCain.

Actually they do sort of.

Whatever what comes out of their mouths, they call it "political discussions".

Whatever what comes out of Republican mouths, they call it "personal attacks".
